 When will my order ship?

Shipping times start running when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this varies by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Can you adjust the value of my order?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or rural postal codes and zip codes?

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or rural postal codes and zip codes in Asia currently.



Buying online can be challenging as you have not seen the actual product or try it out.

To put you at ease, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from your purchased date.

For Returns, a charge of USD$25 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

For Exchanges, customers are to shipped back the item at their own cost

  • Returned or exchanged items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returned or exchanged items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • We will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

SPIFFY reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not fulfill the above terms. Please note that we can only grant exchanges once.

Shipping fees paid are not refundable. Full refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse.

Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

Products purchased during our clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How long will it take for my refund/exchange to be processed?

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them.
  • Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.


How to cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Email us at as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of your order.
  • We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled as we aim to fulfill all orders within the next business day.
